Fernando Villones has 28 years experience in the food service industry. He began his career in hospitality at Marriott's Chicago O'Hares as an assistant restaurant manager.

Fernando currently serves as the Unit Manager of the Blackburn Student Restaurant. He has been with Sodexo since September 2008. Fernando is inspired daily by providing excellent customer service and being able to make people happy. His hobbies are playing tennis and his guitar.

Fernando has the following certifications; CFBE (Certified Food and Beverage Executive) and CHA (Certified Hotel Administrator) from the Educational Institute. Before working in the food service industry, Fernando was a teacher for four years. He received his bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts with a major in Philosophy and his M.A. in Theology.
